Avnia Wealth is a decision-support tool. The recommendations it provides — including roll recommendations and eligible-stock suggestions — are rule-based and educational. They are not personalized investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, and Avnia Wealth is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer. Options trading involves significant risk and is not suitable for every investor. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, and you place every trade yourself at your own brokerage. Consider consulting a licensed professional before acting.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Service only for lawful purposes.

Brokerage Connections

The Service connects to your brokerage accounts through our integration partner, SnapTrade, or through CSV uploads you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of imported data. Avnia Wealth does not submit orders or move funds on your behalf.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it in an unauthorized way, disrupting it, or reverse-engineering it.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that recommendations will be accurate or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avnia Wealth will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
